I have had a week of interviews and I must say that I am no good at stress management. I thought I would take a moment to purge all of those icky words that give me the shakes and cause me to drink.

I heard a great one today at brunch:
ID 10 T spell it out slowly....Help desk techie's classify certain user issues as ID10T issues.

lol... i hear you!! corp-speak is soooo annoying. my favourite one to detest is ARPU.
"low hanging fruit" is typically front of the line customers willing to pay anything to get what you are offering. they're the easiest to pick because they are close to the ground (low hanging).
